Magic powder console command?

Hey, does anyone know if it's at all possible to make a console command that rases the probability of getting certain items?
such as magic powder?

Yeah... if there was... everything would sell for 100 gold.
Glas pants: 100gold
Tutelary/well-balanced: 100g (oh right.. mail fee: 600 gold)

At least it's not a command. If some godly dude hacked the database and the server and can dupe/change drop rates, he kept it to himself to keep prices high.
If something like that was possible and went public, people would just get like 100 glas pants/hour or 200 blade-pierced bone/hour.
