Text Colour Change

I was wondering on how to do the colour change. Not the hack one but where u enter a code. For project blackout the american one.

you just have to enter in the room Title a colour code for example: "{col:500-500}<Room Name>" then ur room name is red

do you guys know any more color?

Can you please give me a example like how to enter it in the name of room bar
