For the Clutch Killer ribbon (K/D must be above 2.0). Once you get the 2.0 KDR, you get the ribbon, But what if you go under the 2.0 KDR, do you lose it?

Correct, after you got the ribbion and your KD/R falls below 2.00 you lose the ribbion.

Yup. You will have still the m4a1-custom(even if you lost 2+ ribbon.)
