For the Clutch Killer ribbon (K/D must be above 2.0). Once you get the 2.0 KDR, you get the ribbon, But what if you go under the 2.0 KDR, do you lose it? 
Correct, after you got the ribbion and your KD/R falls below 2.00 you lose the ribbion.
But you can always get it again.

and if you have 20 including the clutch killer, do you still get the m4c-crystal?
