Hey all ,
i have some problem in CF .
in CMD ping 70+
In CF ping 200+ 300+
i have some problem in CF .

Well obviously because cmd doesn't connect with the CF servers and displays your ping lol. You connect to CF, and the CF servers are in US, Canada and the UK. It's a far distance from Egypt. That's no surprise having such a ping.

if you live in egypt, you really shouldn't go on US West or UK.
