Solvedjust a quick question on binds

I am using the newest consolite and vinpub72
does the binds for secondary works for everyone else? or is it just me that it won't give me anything? <_<.
ohk and skip stage and god works
i know the boat skip one is gone

sorry if confusing here is tl;dr
can any 1 still use the 999 sub weapon bind?
what am I doing wrong if it is still working?

its just the 2ndary not working
