Register Email

I am requesting my Register email from Z8games and I'm a little confused.
What does requesting your register email do?
Is it requesting the first email you used to register with Cross Fire or is it requesting your current registered email?

I PM'ed you not knowing if the thread would be unlocked or not. Now that it is I have a couple more questions.

Now that I know It's the current email that I've been requesting this entire time. I want to know if there is a way to request my original email and how could i do that? Keep in mind I've changed my email once already, so how can I get the original email?
