HelpMaking Key bindings using Shift, Alt or Ctrl modifiers

I have searched the forums for almost an hour before posting this.

I want to make key bindings using the Shift, Alt or Ctrl modifiers.

For Example I want to do something like:

bind "SHIFT"+"8" "cl_showfps 1"

So now it will show fps when I press Shift+8 on the keyboard.

Also, is there a list of all the key names? I mean a full list of key names used in Vindictus macros?

A list that has something like:

KP_MINUS (Keypad minus)
TILDE (`)
HOME (Home)

... but for all the keys on the keyboard and mouse.

Please help.
