Not that bad, I didn't finish it but when I did it during my stay at Great Wolf Lodge (wouldn't do it at home to make floor dirty xD) it is like when you really need to cough. Doesn't hurt and doesn't really feel that bad. Then again I am good at tolerating pain, so gotta try it to know what it feels like.
