This works with practically any weapon, the recoil eventually settles at one point with maximum ADS spread. The only really thing is limiting this is the magazine capacity; you can't really get this with the G3A3.
If you don't need spread then this trick is for you. To me, spread is my enemy. I shall defeat it one day. And ride my dinosaur to victory.
