i downloaded some thing form these website i open the downlaod and open the attchment but then i get a WinRar Diagnostics Message

so can anyone help me

Try reinstalling WinRAR. Then try downloading again.

i reinstall hte winrar and i downloaded it again and i still got the error

well I just thought of that because you posted after he posted his thing, and it came with screenshots.

I don't know .. try to disable its service or to close its process .. but there should be another possibility to turn it off .. maybe open it and look for something like : "disable Anti virus" ..

Just googlesearch : 'put off AVG download security'or something. Bet you'll find something

i couldn't turn it off so i deleted it now it work

open the AVG window by clicking it's icon near the clock, once you do make sure you're looking at the " overview " menu,Now click the "anti-virus" icon and with in it simply unmark "enable resident shield". easy.. also, there's no need of cracking it if you don't know,
just download the original and it will work just fine..
