I posted how to do it 2 times. 1 Time on my own thread and 1 time on someone elses thread like this. Its a glitch.
Not all things can just be patched, you know. Some things are wired into every tiny ass file that is in every folder. They would have to make a whole new download for the game, but they wont, they are to lazy. Also, for a scope hack, last patch you could just zoom in with acog, search for 1, zoom out search for 0, set a hotkey, switch to grenade and hit the hotkey.
I use cheat engine for that kinda stuff.

i think that they will patch it...
