The answer is item duping. And nobody seems to know or feels like releasing any particular information that would allow "choosing equipment".
The nature of the topic suggested is unlikely to be discussed in public (you can deduce further consequences of doing so by yourself). Therefore, one might feel it of importance to find a way to inform or warn other people, who'd like to discuss the subject matter, that such a behaviour is strictly speaking "unwanted".

I did find an item spawn command but it spawns completely different stuff from what you're asking for
