[Question/Suggestion] Hack Shield bypass

I still have question and i'm pretty sure i know the answer just to make my self be sure of it.
Hack shield sends packets to client to check if hackshield is on and connected, if client don't get packets it give's you dc or something right?

And I saw hackshield emulators (bypass) on other games and it worked very well. So wouldn't it be better try to remake old software of hackshield bypass instead of making new dll files?

Just a question to fight with my curiosity.
