ERROR .NET FRAMEWORK

when trying to open any application is shown a dialog cuaddro the following: To open this application must be installed. Net Framework 4.0.30319

I've searched and can not find nobody has it?

Download. NET FRAMEWORK.

Download the .net framework 4.5 beta from Microsoft, its the newest one, but I'm pretty sure it only works on windows 7
