Running programs such as iTunes can sometimes be a problem, as they are heavy loads for your CPU. examples such as apsdeamon.exe can use the CPU heavily, which causes lag ingame.

To check for programs that use a large amount of your CPU, press Alt Ctrl Delete and open the task manager. Then, go to the tab that says Processes.

Under that tab, a list will appear with all the running applications, check which application uses the most of your CPU and close it if it is unnecessary.
