Best server?

So, to day i downloaded CF PH... and i joined the 1st server but i got 180 pings... so what server is best for me? i live in West-US.
P/S: CF PH so freaking cool. They sell mauser with 28000 GP and smiley face rank can buy it

Yet my signature clearly says I disapprove of hacking and about 70% of my posts here or more are of me disapproving of hacking. But yeah it makes sense why you would think I'm a hacker, I like your logic.

Anyone can put a signature saying anything half of the people on MPGH troll saying they have girlfriends or the smoke weed but usually they're 12 year old kids fronting and you spend your money on a game that can easily but shut down you fags rage when your account comes up missing or stolen you could be a fucking 12 year old kid saying some bullshit no-one cares about your so called "girlfriend" or you playing sports get a fucking life kid .
