help noob how to enable console command?

vinpub i use and it says succesfully injcted version 8.2 i think
and how to activate it please?

you need a console obviously... or you can use dankbot since it has a line where you can enter your console commands.

Vinpub 8.2 is patched. As in, it doesn't work.
