Blacklight freezes...

if there's a genius please help me...
lets get straight... i join a map i play 1 or 2 matches and then the game freezes(no ctrl+alt+delete, no alt+f4, nothing just phisical restart from button)
sometimes it freezes even in lobby....
i tried everthing: administrator, compatibility, vsync, rezolution ...

SPECS:
-laptop:dell
-win7 sp1 64 bit
-intel i3
-4 gb ram
-320 hdd
-radeon hd5700 1gb ddr3

game only 32 bit, Im use 64 and this is bad for me, I have 4 gb ram but getting shutdowns and freezes

Do you have punkbuster?
If you dont you need punkbuster because you don't then it will lag you out of the games .

i thought so... 64 bit is an issue...

Try this .

1. Create a Logs directory. Go to <InstallDir>\Blacklight Retribution\Live\FoxGame\ and create a folder called Logs

2. Reproduce the crash however you are able to, this should create a file inside that directory called unreal-v8788-2012.03.14.13.05.54.dmp (or something similar, the last part is a timestamp).

3. Zip up that file, your dxdiag, and the PCConsole-FoxEnginie.ini file from \FoxGame\Config\PCConsole\Cooked\

3a. To ceate your dxdiag file by going Start -> Run -> and typing "dxdiag" and hit Enter. This will pop up a dialog box. Hit "Save All Information" and save that file to a place where you can easily get it (we will need it later).

4. Send that file to BLRcrashreport@zombie.com, along with as much detail as you can provide on how to reproduce the issue.
