A: Go to C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts and delete the portion added when you joined the MPGH server

How can I get a skin?

You can only get a skin if you have a real minecraft account instead of just using the cracked client.

Real = Premium.

When using a cracked client, you can have any username. Hell, I could use the username "Chris" - it'd already have a skin on it, but since I don't know the password to it I can't change it. Which is why it's a cracked client.
