Need help ASAP! Please help

Please help I was banned on a site that I go on ip banned
And was needing a way to change my ip! I run a laptop I do not own a tower Computer at all! Only one is my parents and not using it so anyway i can change my ip on my laptop?!
I am running Windows 7 Premium Service Pack 1 if that is needed!

Use superhideip. Buy if you where ip your probably not wanted there so I suggest you just leave it
