Is the Droid Bionic any good? might be getting the end of this month.. Its 1 GHz Duo core, 1 GB DDR2 Ram all this etc.. DROID BIONIC - Android Social Smartphone - Overview - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA

Also its upgradable to ICS

No, you can get way better things right now, let alone when Tegra 3 / the new Exynos / omap comes.

Im taking about over-all not just specs.. price + the hardware and software.

You should go for HTC Sensation XE

i was about the get the razr but then the quad cores came so now im having problems choosing

Motorola isn't very good at all...

thought so to until i tried the razr and it was really good
