They need to go back to maintenance every Wednesday.
Nexon needs to shutdown the game for 2-3 weeks and fix all there bugs and server issues.

In reality, the money lost from those 2-3 weeks would be nothing. If everything magically somehow gets fixed, they would see an increase in net gain. They can spare 2-3 weeks if it means MORE money then before.

Yet, Nexon will be unwilling to take that risk. Besides, Nexon makes money from hackers; hackers buy nx and Nexon delays their ban.
With or without a hack being leeched, those people would still find their way to the original site, thus downloading it and using it.
