Spec ops problem

Everytime i start mw3 spec ops, i go into it and it says Data Corruption or problem with save game, you must reset your rank stats and unlocks to continue. EVERY single time. I did use the cheat engine cheat, but i messed up an address on accident and now i'm at a loss for what i should do. I'm not banned i'm sure of that, so what should i do to fix this?

You have to re-install your Modern Warfare 3. Only way out of messing up.
