Packet Editing. [v83]

I'm a .wz editor and just recently started learning packet editing.

The tutorials I've found on the web haven't been too helpful and I was hoping one of you more experience PE users could PM or skype me to help me get a start at editing them. (:

I've played around with some packets, But what I want to learn how to do is edit a packet when you recieve an item to make it another item, (to get items usually hard to obtain) and a teleportation packet that you can change specific to a map id, If either of those are possible I'd love some information on them!
I really appreciate you reading this and hope you have a little time to show me what this is all about.
