This isn't really a hack, but I assume the same rules apply since it's posted in the same forum section.

Need for speed world does not have sub sections to post help requests or discussion, therefore the hacks and other issues are to be posted here. Even though it is against the rules for someone that isn't the original poster to request a close, he/she can alert a minion that this hack/info is outdated and this thread should be closed.

Then why is that rule in the Need For Speed World section ? It should be removed then. Rules are rules, no exceptions.

Idk but if you go to any section take Vindictus section, you would see people asking for approval of the attachment when they aren't even the thread starter. It's not the end of the world if you say something like that.
