C++ and VB problem

Hello people,and good afternoon.
I am here to tell you that i have a problem with those 2.

So C++ when i copy anything and paste that in it,it will say that it has stopped working
and after have nothing to do that writing the code again and again.

In VB there another problem.When i open it,and open new project or open an old one,
it says that it stopped working.

If anyone knows how to resolv this problem and wants to help do it.
