Camsterguy's No Recoil Fix?

Hello MPGH, ever since the new patch (1.7) No recoil always seems to not be able to run when running APB, i was wondering if anyone has bypassed this and been able to get it to work? if not is it possible to do so? The original Thread for the No Recoil is found here: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/273-all-po...no-recoil.html
