if connection problem, restart ur internet connection.
turn off your modem and turn it on again . wont post the other method too risky :3

basically, its connction problem, try to unplug internet connection and then restart ur PC then plug back ur connection in your modem, if the same thing happen try goggle for speedtest(speedtest.net) there u see ur pings and ur contract in mbps..if there is no improvement ask assistant from ur internet supplier, it might be a location problem and also refer to your neighbor if the same problem exist...
