Hey Guys , Im using Proxycap sinds yesterday butt i have a problem im connecting from EU to NA servers i downloaded the NA version account created everything is Ok , Butt when i start the game i disable Proxy cap , And when im at the boat i enable it again, i press start game no freezing or something, i type my email adres that i registered and pass , because i dont now my Username.. , i press login the game freezes for 10 seconds , then i get a error message Server delayed and stuff i know its the problem with the Proxy Sock ip butt i cant find any Proxy Sock i looked everywhere i googled itt every ip is the same ... :s can somebody help me please i wil be GRATEFULL ,

keep the proxycap all the time on! and when u enter the game with ur character then u can offline it. anyway about your probelm its simple take this website:
FREE SOCKS 5 PROXY, SOCKS LIST FREE . FAST NEW FRESH FREE PUBLIC SOCKS 5 PROXY
choose ip from this list and even if u get the msg "Server delayed" try again its never get me in at once try few times more.

Enable proxy cap just when you are at "Start Game" screen .. when you are in town you can disable it . About this error ... i must look for another ip ... (socks 5 , 4/5 ) if freeze for 10 seconds as you say , the ip its doesn't good .. look for another . If the error with "Server response delayed" or w/e pops up fast , just try again 4-5 more times . Good luck .
