[Project] The BeeHive - A Fun School Application
Currently a WIP of a program I would like to call "The Beehive" basically because I finally felt like learning some programming languages rather than flash (Don't get me wrong Flash is fun and great but I'm no artist so its a bad choice for me). I started a Master Program in which you, the user will have a very kewl USB Stick. This program takes everything from your USB flash drive so the administrators will not see the exact programs running only the BeeHive.exe in the computer logs.

Anyway it's going to have a lot of cool features for the average Skiddie. However I do need features that I can add to make it better. Current feature list;

!@panic@!
- Opens Facebook in a tab this is if a teacher is coming towards you and you will not be able to exit the programs in time.

Administrator Apps
NetSupportSchool - If your school has this for their security for teachers to monitor students this will give you complete access to the program so you now just became the principle of the school privledge level.
Adding;
Administrator Local - Allows you to create a local administrator account on that single computer. (Must use the login for the computer, not the network)
Administrator Global - Creates an account on the network which all computers are affected as this becomes another "student" login however with administrator rights. (Warning; All actions like these are ALWAYS logged so you need to do common safety measures to prevent you from being suspended)

Website Related
Game Sites + Links - Bypass the most common firewalls / blocks on the most popular game sites online.

CMD Commands (Yes, it uses a CMD bypass which works on 85% and more school networks)
Local Area Chat - Opens a local chat system that you can talk to your friends that use this app during the same time you are. (Limited to network)
Adding;
Directory - Opens up the directory of the computer, allows you check files and what files the computer has hard stored.
NetStat - View TCP and UDP connections and their IP and port addresses on the network.
NetStat + Logs - Saves the information from NetStat to a file called "NetStatInfo.txt".
ShutDown Computer - Gives you access to the network for you to send a shut-down signal to computers. (Note; Uses the computer name not the login username)

Misc
- Gives the Global & Local administrator account details
- ???

Fun
Game Box - Allows you to select a game and play it in offline mode. Most of these do not need driver updates and have the .dll's required already in the game files to use.

Uses Website Bypass

I use a web site that gives me another link allowing access to banned sites in school
can see a number of things on there that if the I.T guys know what there doing, which in most cases is actually true,
then renders about 94% of this app useless, besides just blocking the app with group policies...

when you run apps, even through another app, they still come up in task manager, which means they still come up in logs.
not that thats a big thing, but its true.

[administrator apps]

if the command prompt is disabled, and your account does not have AD admin rights,
this hole section is rendered useless.

helps if you actually know how active directory security works.

NetSupportSchool-
this could be meaning NetSupportSchool, lanschool or the number of other programs able to do this.
each of the bypass methods, as well as things to do to disable them are all pretty much patched besides pulling the lan cable out after logging in. (which basically means your not on the network, so internet access is out of the window anyway.

your website bypass idea.
now, if they have a proxy server which every address goes through, there monitoring that anyway.
you might get to Facebook, but they can still log all the access. (including usernames and passwords)
and if your using an external proxy, your account details are already taken.

[CMD Commands]
mentioned before.
also, the chat program is possible if you don't need admin rights to allow it through the firewall.
shutdown - problems mentioned before.

[Misc]
mentioned before.

[Fun]
if your school has blocked .exe access to things off the c: drive, and have blocked access to the c: drive, then i can see a way of getting this to work, but has realistically no point as they will be watching you anyway, and could just block you account from being able to log in.

----------------

all in all, your describing the "best" app ever, with many ways to shut it down completely, and if any student is found with a said application, they will most likely take a copy of it, and run it themselves, to block everything it can do.
personally, i know of at least 300 schools in Australia alone that already block everything you have mentioned.

but, don't let any of that distract you to making it.
i implore you to make it, and give it out to as any people you can.

/edit
not mentioning music because well, there are a number of apps that can do that already.
(including at least two on windows it self as long as they have not been blocked)

peace,
shadow McKay.

helps if you actually know how active directory security works. - Semi get how it works, Access Rights but won't get into that quite yet. DirectorySecurity() ]

NetSupportSchool-
Theirs way around that, mine is based on your actually having a copy of the program which is also downgraded to be non-administrator and connects differently than the regular one the school uses. I would need to get more administrator monitoring applications before I add more.

Yes it will be logged but you won't be suspended or in trouble for just going on Facebook or a regular game site. You could just say you typed it in and it worked normally. My tech teachers for the system are chill and won't even get you in trouble if you tell them how you did it so they can patch it, than you find another way to bypass.

[CMD Commands]
Chat program does work, doesn't need administrator rights.
Shutdown - This depends on how badly schools are in security my school is horrible so this works but yes I know many schools now block shutdown -i and similar commands coming through.

[Misc]
- Informational text is fine

[Fun]
None of the .exe are coming from the computer. They would be all on your flash drive in which they are non-administrator and use files already in the game folder itself to keep it easy.

personally, i know of at least 300 schools in Australia alone that already block everything you have mentioned. - Doubt it is the "best" app ever, I've seen one I think in 2010 that had about 200 features but most of those would be fixed by now.

but, don't let any of that distract you to making it.

not mentioning music because well, there are a number of apps that can do that already. - I thought about that and I'm just going to add WinAmp for it, makes the best of sense.

Must be over 10 characters.
nice app!

This is a great idea, but there is so many flaws. and as for a cmd bypass in australia and newzealand there is no such thing. me being a batch coder have tried everything. but heres some stuff you could fix:
1. Make it so you can change the url that opens up instead of facebook (my.settings?)
2. for a bit of fun maybe add the "net send" command. that is a pretty amazing command to annoy people.
3. make a chat using tcp or even irc. (i've made irc clients that work at school and everything)
4. make a kind of bosskey features using getasyncstate for the hotkeys. Example: when a user presses a hotkey everywindow hides and is unable to be seen. then when rehiding make it so you have to type a password that they set.

On the upside though you seem to be taking on a complicated but surely fun project. i would love to get involved if you need a few extra hands.
