I know im weak... but im training now...
Training with 30pounds is too easy but 40pounds is hard...
is it better to do 30 pounds for a longer time or 40 for less time?
Dont do lifting, it wont make you stronger. Do pushups, pull ups, set ups, running, drink milk instead of water, overcome your limits and train it out, thats the way how you gain real muscles, mentally AND physically.
If you'll do bodybuilding, all you'll ever get is fake muscles who wont ever help you in life.
