Looking at this gives me an idea... maybe add Essentials /baltop to this (even more common plugin). Also you might want to mention that some anti-spam plugins can auto kick or even ban for this sort of thing (I know from experience). So yeah... before doing this on a server, you should verify that it does not have such a plugin installed. Plugins to watch out for: any plugin with "cheat", "spam", or "hack" in their name (i.e. NoCheatPlus, SpamHammer, etc)
