To be honest it needs lots of work.
Lighting is terribad. Render is even worse, its like you put a displacement filter on the render. Lacking alot of depth, effects are really flat, ugly and boring. I normally dont bother with the text but just a tip as a beginner try not to use text alot and focus on your main elements of depth,lighting,compo.
I take it you're a beginner at making tags. The lightning is too harsh. The text doesn't fit somehow. It's too messy. Everything (especially the text) is oversharpened and if I were to rate it, this would be a 2/10.
