In-game i press Insert->Spawner->then i push it on->i press num 1/2/3/4/5 but i don't get the weapon...

I am using PerX injector as well.
You press Insert to open up the menu.
Make sure you have numlock on when using numpad shortcut keys. If you don't have it on the hack wont work.
Hack worked on my 32bit xp computer. Not sure about vista,w7,64bit.
