Even if Xtrap and HGWC are still there, you can still hack till the hack you're using is detected. 
Use injectors and download a hack from the appropriate section.
Use injectors and download a hack from the appropriate section.
Click on a hack of your choice, and it will tell you all the instructions, step by step or not.
For a brief instruction...
Download all requirements.
Download an injector.
Download msvcr100d.dll, this you put in CF Folder. Just in case something goes wrong.
Download hack.
Rename to something other than SndDrv.dll. You can rename it to DWrite.dll and just put in CF Folder without injection and start patcher_cf.
Inject with injector.
Start CF.
Your done.
