You don't currently have an Antivirus installed? 
You could download Avira for free, or torrent Kaspersky / ESET Smart Security
PS: If you're worried about being infected already, you may want to run 'ComboFix'

In the past i was infected with a keylogger and i didnt know how to remove it, because my normal anti-virus didnt detect it.
I just rebooted my whole system. I may need this in the future.
