About External Link

　
I understand there is a rule:

@Hero removed an external link and closed my thread, based on this rule.

However, the external link in my thread is NOT a download link.

It's a PHP page with input and submit function.

From this aspect, it's similar as a z8games' profile page, which is allowed to post.

Besides, this PHP page must work with a server.

If I use the upload system to provide this PHP page alone, it won't work well.

@Hero is a hard working MOD, but I think I didn't break the rule.

Please unlock my thread and let me add the external link again.
