About VMware

Just out of curiosity, I've been wondering how people who use VMware to run multiple bots, actually get them to work.

I have a VMware, and do have couple of windows installed. But it seems the computer gets really slow and has so much trouble to run even 2 bots, -1 on my own pc, the other on VM. So, I started the bot on VM and left it, then opended up vindictus on regular pc, it would just get really laggy, that VM's vindictus 'btt.txt' can't catch up its commands, ends up having server delaying issue.

So, I was just wondering if I am the only one having the problem, with a crappy laptop, or had people figured out way to deal with it?

sorry, You need better computer, there is no easy solution really. Can try to run Windows xp because of it using lot less memory,
but it's unstable in vmware and its video driver(windows xp vmware display driver is trash, similar to virtualbox).
Best don't try, You can damage Your laptop permanently.

Thank you for this post. It reminded me of VMware and today finally I was able to run Vindictus in it. VBox 3D drivers failed on my computer, even following all the 3D configuration tricks.
My laptop has 2x2Ghz and decent video card but it can barely run Vindictus, since it does a bad job at multithreading (despite the fact of being a Source game).

Like the above posts have stated. Having a kick ass computer is the solution. I am running a six core 4.0GHz with 8 GB of ram and two 5870s (They're okay) Dual GPU is the way to go.
