Well because it is not supported in your region? Play CF EU.

'Starting from August 3rd, 2011, IP Restrictions were laid out on Crossfire. This prevents users from certain parts of the world from creating new characters in CrossFire. Any accounts created before the update will not be affected by this update.'
Take a look at that map, most of Europe is pretty much covered, including the Netherlands (which you are in).
You might as well stick with CF EU, since that is the CrossFire that your region supports.
