Crossfire Chargeback

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me out. My account got banned because of chargeback. How would I pay them back with a debit card. I read some threads but they didn't seem to help...... Do I just send in a support ticket or what. Do I give them my debit card info?

I think you just send them a support ticket with your money. I'm not too sure, but what I can tell you, is that somewhere I heard that when you are banned from chargeback, and you decide to create another alternative account and decide to use fake money on THAT one too, you will become IP banned.

According to the z8Games Terms and Conditions, if you have been banned due to chargeback, you need to mail them the money according to the address they give you on the Chargeback Policy [Section 4.2]

That's the policy. If you have any questions on the chargeback, like it says, contact Z8 customer support via Support Ticket.

Yeah, I read that thread... I contacted them but then have some bot or something that sends the exact same reply back every single time. It says in their reply though that I can pay with a prepaid card "found in their prepaid card section" but I don't know what that means. And if I did have a prepaid card, I don't know where to put the prepaid code #

If you go to Deposit > Prepaid Card, it basically gives you 5 prepaid card names where you can use it to buy ZP. So the prepaid cards they support are: PaySafeCard, Ultimate Game Card, Rixty, GoCashCard, Ukash.

You can use these cards to pay off for your Chargeback. You just buy the card and then mail it to them via the address they gave you. You also need to pay an additional $10 per chargeback case.

Google'd where you can get these cards in the States (since that's where you are).

PaySafeCard - Multiple Locations. Possibly Retail Stores. If you go on their official site you can basically use the store locator and find where the nearest PaySafeCard is being sold.

Ultimate Game Card - Again, same thing. Multiple Retail stores. If you go on their store locator, then it'll locate you to where the closest store having these cards are sold at.

Rixty - Same thing, use the store locator to find out where the nearest one is being sold to you.

GoCashCard - ToysRus, Gamestop, Thortons, 7-Eleven, Cumberland Farms, HESS, Stripes, etc. They have more on their official site.

Ukash - Not available in USA or Canada as far as I know.
