PLEASE HELP
Use the registry to find where CA was installed.

To do that, go to regedit on your computer and do a find for "CombatArms" or something similar. Keep hitting F3 until you see a key called "Install" or "InstallPath", once you find it take note of the registry key location (HKEY_LOCAL_USER\....etc) and then go back to VB and read the registry key value to find where the user installed CA. If, for whatever reason, they have no registry entry, just prompt them to browse the the install location of CA.

For more info on using the registry in VB.NET:
Accessing the Registry with Visual Basic .NET

32-bit OS:
KeyName - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nexon\Combat Arms\Ver_US
Value Name - RootPath

64-bit OS:
KeyName - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow3264Node\Nexon\Comb at Arms\Ver_US
Value Name - RootPath
You just want to get the Program Files path?

Code:
My.Computer.FileSystem.SpecialDirectories.ProgramFiles
Or

Code:
Dim ProgramFilesPath32 As String = My.Computer.FileSystem.Drives(0).ToString & "Program Files\"
Dim ProgramFilesPath64 As String = My.Computer.FileSystem.Drives(0).ToString & "Program Files (x86)\"
