Need help whith CA EU hack!

I do this:

1. i put d3dx9_33.ddl in system 32 and ca folder
2. i run SimpleCams as administrator
3. i run CA EU as administrator
4. and even before i can login CA closes, and if i press Insert nothing happends.

could you please help me??

dude wich simple chams ur using? with menu or without cuz when without menu then the chams are already on just goto game or something

i tryed all of them, but i keep getting the same error (thet combat arms closes even before you can log in)
