I think the Minions of FightBB should be called Referees.

Not really. If you use a hierarchical chain of command and promotions you can just start out with Minions as the site is still young.

People who are elected Minions will keep their positions until new or more minions are needed for certain section, those Who were originally minion are promoted to moderator and watch over the new minions. When those moderators become proficient enough you promote them to Global Moderators and from their work out which Minion has met the requirements for moderator, and promote a hard working member to minion to fill the void.

Not sure if this method makes sense to others but it makes sense to me.

Obviously made this to try to get in good with dave, anybody can see the banner at the top of mpgh.

I been on mpgh since dec 2008 didn't want staff until last year

Also how am I a fucking tag hunter , I don't even expect fightbb to even have staff
