Someone PLZ help!

I want 2 buy MPGH VIP, but just for 1 month, now I want 2 know, does it automatically expire after 1 month, Im paying creditcard. Or do I have 2 cancel it myself? Cause I dont know how 2 do that with creditcard.
Plz help..
