i seen guys that have +15 on all of their alts...
unbanned? or restored?

NexDerp unbanned all the people who were previously permabanned
So these alts are probably people who were originally banned, but now unbanned

i did saw someone with +15s weapon yesterday on dragon run but i don't know they got unbanned

I figured this would be the logical reason as to why they're coming back up now

I still feel nexon's just shitting with us. When the hacks get updated, they ban hammer everyone and patch the hacks all over again.

ppl that got unbanned lost their +15 and +14 weapons. Atleast the ones from the exploit.
