Where could I learn C++? (Beginner, and Advanced stuff)

Hey, does anyone know a good site where I could learn C++? Please don't reply Google, or I'll jump from my balcony. x_x (j/k) But yeah, please dont' say "Google it", or I'll cry. :'(

Books work the best in solitude. A class at a local school is better.

At my highschool they removed C++, according to them it is too hard.

Now I have to do JAVA.

God, I know how you feel. Mine did the exact same thing. And the funny thing is these stupid kids still don't get it. They will probably downgrade to like SiMPLE at this rate.

i downloaded this PDF teach yourself C++ thing...and it worked for the basics, i knoew about functions and all the different little things and use Borland to make a little application, but i forgot it all shortly after :P

Wtf? Java is more complicated than C++.
