Exploit for source games

Hello MPGH Member!

I am searching for a exploit for source games, i have seent it on MPGH before i belive but i cant find it.
its was like a CMD you open and inject or something to youre source server and when some one join youre server they vill download and run an .exe file whitout knowing it.

I belive i found it in "Counter strike" folder for hacking but i dont find it now.

Please help me! I know you know the resolution!
