Vip hacks

Hello I am interested in getting VIP hacks but I would like to know exactly what they can do and how often to people get banned. All I know is its less than public hacks but I just want to make sure. Also Where I could possible get VIP hacks, I am not sure if MPGH has vip maplestory hacks. if anyone could help it would be much appreciated
