You can get a brand new one for cheaper, and unlock it by your self, really easy and quick to unlock.

Only way I know is buying one online for $400 and buying a gevey sim.

jail break and unlock. or get one from a company that is willing to let their iPhones be unlocked and then call apple and pay a fee for the unlocking.

Yeh sure I can help you out, just you would need to Jailbreak the iPhone and from then takes about 5 min.

if you have an unlock provided by apple then no.

if you jailbreak then yes.
