if your playing in de_dust2 , that's probably why, i dont see no de_dust2 folder there

There's not really a way, where it woudn't work.

Hey also just 2 things i love the Green heads on the skin but the only problem is if i want universal aim bot to only aim for the heads of ts or cts it needs to be different colours also. green is the same colour as the tmp on an enemy other than that its awesome bro

Have you tried redownloading it, to see that you have every file?

Yes, i've downloaded again at the time that i posted (9 hours ago) and on the .rar file only this maps are on my file:
cs_assault, cs_havana, cs_italy, de_aztec, de_cbble, de_chateau, de_dust, de_nuke, de_piranesi, de_prodigy, de_tides and de_train.

I don't see any folder named "de_dust2"

On dust_2 dont get any change ..... dont work on it and dont get on the rar file the archive dust_2

can anyone help me and say what to do,to use tis hack?
